This study investigates research on comprehensive quality under the iceberg model. The iceberg model is a famous theoretical model for evaluating personal comprehensive abilities. The paper examines the comprehensive quality of teachers, the comprehensive quality of medical workers in the library field, the comprehensive quality of library field library staff, the evaluation of entrepreneurs, and the evaluation of college students in China. The findings indicate that the cultivation of comprehensive quality has become an educational concept valued in the world's education field. This is not only reflected in the cultivation of students' ability levels but also in various fields of talent demand in society.
