Title: Submission Guidelines

MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Authors are advised to read and follow these guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth submission and review process for International Journal of Biomass and Renewables (IJBR).

1. General Requirements

·  Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work and not under consideration elsewhere. Authors should check their manuscripts for plagiarism before submission. Any manuscript with more than 30% similarity (based on Turnitin) will not be considered for peer review.

·  Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English.

2. Manuscript Format

Please prepare your manuscript according to the following specifications:

Font	Times New Roman (11pt) or Arial (10pt)
Spacing	1.5 spacing throughout
Page Layout	One-column format
Margins	Top: 1 inch (2.5 cm)  Bottom: 1 inch (2.5 cm)  Left: 1 inch (2.5 cm)  Right: 1 inch (2.5 cm)
Equations & Formulae	Use MathType for all equations
Figures & Tables	Must be clearly labelled and embedded within the text where first cited. Diagrams, tables, and figures must also be submitted separately as JPEG or EPS files.
Permission	If using databases, tables, diagrams, or figures from other copyrighted sources (internet or print), written permission from the rights holder must be obtained and attached with the manuscript submission.

3. Manuscript Structure

A complete manuscript should contain the following sections in order:

1. Title Page
   • Title of the paper
   • Full names of all authors and affiliations
   • Corresponding author’s name and email address
2. Abstract
   • Must be less than 300 words, summarising objectives, methods, results, and main conclusions.
3. Keywords
   • Provide six (6) keywords to facilitate indexing.
4. Main Text
   • Introduction
   • Methodology
   • Results
   • Discussion
   • Conclusion
5. Acknowledgements
6. References
   • All references must follow the IEEE Formatting Style. Ensure that every reference cited in the text appears in the reference list and vice versa.

 4. Submission

• Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online submission system.
