Abstrak: Kajian dilaksanakan untuk mendalami proses pelaksanaan penskoran Pentaksiran Bilik Darjah (PBD) bagi kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur Bahasa Melayu sekolah rendah. Selain itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbezaan kaedah pelaksanaan penskoran Tahap Penguasaan (TP) murid bagi kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur dalam kalangan guru luar bandar dan pedalaman. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kes berbentuk kualitatif. Peserta kajian terdiri daripada 2 orang guru dari sekolah luar bandar dan pedalaman di daerah Beluran, Sabah. Kajian ini melibatkan kaedah pemerhatian, analisis dokumen dan temu bual bagi pengumpulan data. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa kedua-dua peserta kajian melaksanakan penskoran PBD bagi kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur Bahasa Melayu mengikut garis panduan yang disarankan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM). Namun begitu, terdapat perbezaan dari aspek pengetahuan, pemahaman dan pelaksanaan penskoran PBD bagi kedua-dua peserta kajian. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta-peserta kajian dalam melaksanakan PBD terutamanya dari aspek Standard Prestasi (SPi) kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur yang merupakan indikator utama dalam menentukan TP murid-murid. Melalui kajian ini, diharapkan lebih banyak latihan dan kursus diberikan kepada guru-guru secara langsung mengenai penskoran PBD kemahiran mendengar dan bertutur bagi memastikan matlamat kurikulum pendidikan di Malaysia tercapai.
Abstract: The study was carried out to deepen the implementation process of Classroom Assessment (PBD) for primary school Malay listening and speaking skills. In addition, this study aims to explain the difference in the method of scoring students' Mastery Level (TP) for listening and speaking skills among rural and inland teachers. This study is a qualitative case study. The study participants consisted of 2 teachers from rural and rural schools in Beluran district, Sabah. This study involves observation methods, document analysis and interviews for data collection. The results of the study show that both study participants performed the PBD scoring for listening and speaking skills in Malay according to the guidelines recommended by the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM). However, there are differences in terms of knowledge, understanding and implementation of PBD scoring for both study participants. This is due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of the study participants in implementing PBD, especially from the aspect of Standard Performance (SPi) of listening and speaking skills which is the main indicator in determining students' TP. Through this study, it is hoped that more training and courses will be given to teachers directly on the PBD scoring of listening and speaking skills to ensure that the goals of the education curriculum in Malaysia are achieved.
