Hubungan kepimpinan instruksional dan tanggapan sokongan organisasi terhadap kualiti kehidupan kerja guru di sekolah jenis kebangsaan tamil

Abstract
  • Kajian ini dijalankan untuk menguji hubungan kepimpinan instruksional dan tanggapan sokongan organisasi terhadap kualiti kehidupan kerja guru di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil. Kajian ini ialah kajian kuantitatif yang mengoptimumkan kaedah tinjauan. Penyelidik menggunakan borang Google Principal Instructional Management Rating Scale (PIMRS), Scale Perceived Organizational Support (SPOS) dan soal selidik Kualiti Kehidupan Kerja Guru secara atas talian untuk mengumpul maklumat kajian. Seramai 125 orang guru Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil terpilih telah mengambil bahagian dalam kajian ini. Data kajian dianalisis menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 27. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa kepimpinan instruksional, tanggapan sokongan organisasi dan kualiti kehidupan kerja guru berada pada tahap tinggi. Seterusnya, ujian-t sampel bebas mendedahkan bahawa tidak terdapat perbezaan min dalam penerimaan amalan kepimpinan instruksional berdasarkan jantina guru. Manakala, kualiti kehidupan kerja guru menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan dalam min antara guru-guru berlokasi bandar dan luar bandar. Tambahan pula, ujian ANOVA sehala mendedahkan bahawa terdapat perbezaan dalam kualiti kehidupan kerja guru berdasarkan umur. Akhirnya, ujian Korelasi Pearson membuktikan kewujudan hubungan kuat dan positif antara kepimpinan instruksional dan tanggapan sokongan organisasi terhadap kualiti kehidupan kerja guru di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil. Kesimpulannya, kepimpinan instruksional dan tanggapan sokongan organisasi mampu meningkatkan kualiti kehidupan kerja guru di Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil.
