Abstract
The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized various sectors, including education. AI-driven tools are increasingly being integrated into teaching and learning processes, offering personalized learning experiences, automating administrative tasks, and enhancing instructional methods. This study aims to explore the integration of AI technology in teaching and learning at UiTM Mukah Campus, focusing on its benefits, challenges, and overall impact on both educators and students. Through qualitative and quantitative methods, this preliminary study examines lecturers' and students' perceptions, readiness, and challenges in adopting AI-powered educational tools. Additionally, the research evaluates the effectiveness of AI in improving student engagement, learning outcomes, and teaching efficiency. Key concerns such as accessibility, data privacy, and ethical considerations are also analysed. The findings of this study will provide valuable insights into the feasibility of AI integration in higher education and offer recommendations for its effective implementation at UiTM Mukah Campus.
