Abstract
  • Dalam penyelidikan pembinaan model, analisis keperluan dilakukan agar penghasilan dapatan yang dibuat dapat memenuhi keperluan pengajar dan pelajar. Oleh itu, penyelidikan ini dilakukan untuk mengenal pasti keperluan pembangunan Model Myflipped Bagi bagi Penyuburan Profil Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat Graduan graduan IR4.0 Di di Malaysia. Untuk membina model yang dapat memenuhi keperluan pengajar sebagai pengguna, analisis keperluan dilakukan terhadap 111 orang guru pelatih IPG yang ditentukan melalui kaedah persampelan bertujuan. Borang soal selidik kajian mengandungi empat konstruk berkaitan tahap persetujuan terhadap konstruk pembangunan Model Myflipped Bagi Penyuburan Profil Pembelajaran Sepanjang Hayat. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menerusi statistik deskriptif menggunakan perisian Pakej Statistik untuk Sains Sosial (SPSS) versi 24.0. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa tahap persetujuan terhadap konstruk Reka Bentuk Model adalah sederhana iaitu 3.63 (SP=0.67). Aktiviti Pembelajaran 3.63 (SP=0.63), Peranan Pengajar 3.67 (SP=0.61) dan Sumber Teknologi 3.64 (SP=0.56). Hasil kajian akan digunakan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan model pada fasa seterusnya. Fokus kajian melihat kepada komponen yang membina pembelajaran sepanjang hayat kepada pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi (IPT) perlu diperkasakan dalam menempuhi pembelajaran abad ke 21(PAK21). Dapatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengajar menghasilkan model yang mampu memenuhi keperluan PAK21 untuk guru pelatih dan memotivasikan pengajaran dan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat graduan IR 4.0 di Malaysia.
