Abstract
  • Kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengenal pasti tahap konflik kerja-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja serta hubungan antara konflik kerja-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan guru sekolah menengah di sekitar Johor Bahru. Work-Family Conflict Scale dan Job Satisfaction Survey digunakan bagi mengukur konflik kerja-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Seramai 127 guru sekolah menengah di sekitar Johor Bahru telah terlibat dalam kajian ini telah dipilih melalui kaedah persampelan mudah (convenience sampling). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat tahap konflik kerja-keluarga yang rendah, manakala kepuasan kerja berada pada tahap yang sederhana. Selain itu, hasil kajian turut mendapati bahawa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara konflik kerja-keluarga dan kepuasan kerja dalam kalangan guru sekolah menengah di sekitar Johor Bahru. Kajian ini turut mengemukan beberapa limitasi kajian dan cadangan penambahbaikan pada masa akan datang.
