Abstract
  • Perlindungan dan permulihan alam sekitar merupakan satu cabaran besar yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Permasalahan ini membawa penyelidikan yang memfokuskan kepada kepentingan terhadap tingkah laku mesra alam sekitar. Sehubungan itu kajian ini dijalankan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara amalan pengurusan sumber manusia hijau dan tingkah laku mesra alam sekitar. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan persepsi pekerja terhadap amalan pengurusan sumber manusia hijau pada tahap yang sederhana. Tahap tingkah laku mesra alam sekitar dalam kalangan pekerja pula menunjukkan tahap yang tinggi. Dapatan kajian ini juga menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif yang sederhana antara amalan pengurusan sumber manusia berlandaskan pengurusan alam sekitar dan tingkah laku mesra alam sekitar. Boleh disimpulkan di sini terdapat hubungan yang positif antara amalan pengurusan sumber manusia hijau dan tingkah laku mesra alam sekitar.
