Abstract
  • Suhuf Art Paper is a small medium enterprise that engages in manufacturing recycled paper. The raw materials used are derived from agricultural waste such as rice fire, banana stem, water hyacinth and other waste. Recycled Art paper as a handmade product that has a pattern, texture, color, this is the uniqueness. Recycling paper rebuters are more environmentally friendly. Suhuf Art Paper as the first pioneer in Indonesia in manufacturing recycled art paper. But along with the development of the era of similar business competitors, so that the sales rate of Suhuf Art Paper decreased, the decline in sales of Suhuf Art Paper In addition to many competitors also caused the work culture is not optimal, the repair process Sustainable quality has not been optimal, so the competitive advantage and impact on the performance of Suhuf Art Paper. This research aims to know, examine and analyze the working culture with two dimensions formed, namely the dimension of attitude towards the job, and the dimensional behavior at the time of work. Continuous quality improvement process is formed with two dimensions, namely the commitment dimension (continuous quality improvement or CQI) and the process dimension (continuous process Improvement), while the competitive advantage is formed with five dimensional price, Quality, dependability, product flexibility, and volume flexibility. The results of the research in a descriptive, working culture in the criteria is good enough until well, the process of continuous quality improvement on the criteria is good enough until well, and the advantages of competing on the criteria well enough to the good. While the results of the research on a verified work culture have a partial significant influence on competing excellence, the continuous quality improvement process has a partial significant influence on competing excellence, cultural Work and continuous quality improvement processes have a simultaneous significant influence on the competitive advantage of the R2 value of 0.514 or 51.4%, meaning that if the working culture and quality process of continuous improvement can create Competitive.
