Abstract
  • China's economy has gradually improved under the world's attention, and the people's living conditions have been constantly optimized; more and more Chinese families have begun to pay attention to early education. However, Chinese society still must face the reality that organizations engaged in early education are still developing and showing a weak foundation, inexperience, lack of professionalization. One of the significant problems is the instability and unprofessionalism of the core talents. Thus, by applying a mixed research method–questionnaires and structure interview technique, this research intends to investigate the influenced factors of core talent turnover. Q Early Education Co. Ltd. of Guangdong, China. In addition, in depth interviews were also conducted to identify the influencing factors. Result and findings derived from this study are discussed accordingly.
