This study investigates the factors affecting job satisfaction and employee performance, with a specific focus on transportation facilities, incentive programs, and workplace safety. In the context of an increasingly competitive workforce, understanding these elements is essential for organizations aiming to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Utilizing a quantitative research methodology, data was collected through Google survey Forms, targeting employees across various sectors in this company. The survey was designed to assess the impact of transportation facilities, the availability and effectiveness of incentive programs, and the perceived safety of the workplace on overall job satisfaction and performance. The results of the analysis indicate that transportation facilities, incentive programs and workplace safety significantly contribute to higher levels of job satisfaction, while a safe work environment is crucial for optimal employee performance. Specifically, employees who feel supported by effective transportation options and attractive incentive programs report greater job satisfaction, which in turn correlates with enhanced performance levels. This research adds to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the relationship between these specific factors and job satisfaction. The findings underscore the importance of addressing transportation, incentives, and safety in organizational policies to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce. The thesis concludes with practical recommendations for organizations to implement strategies that improve these critical areas, ultimately leading to greater employee satisfaction and performance.
