Abstract
  • This research study is about the effective strategies of Human Talent Management in medium-sized construction enterprises in China. There are many retention strategies which are developed in the construction industries in China and the impact of retention strategies in medium-sized construction enterprises in China. There are various challenges or obstacles faced by the employees of China before adopting effective strategies and Human Talent Management. The significance and importance of human talent management are briefly discussed in this chapter and this management system which helps in boosting the performances of employees and enhancing the economy of China is also included in this first chapter. This research study is based on human talent management in the construction industry. It also focused on a detailed analysis of the retention strategies in China's economy. The study also discloses the different types of strategies maintained by the medium size construction industries and problems that have been faced by the enterprises. Apart from this the literature also deals with the most beneficial strategy for the enterprises. It has also focused on the challenges that have been faced by the business managers of the chining enterprises. There are many advantages also that have been witnessed with the use of retention stages in tube enterprises in china including growth in china. The topic also covered the importance of using the human resource talent management tool in the system. It also disclosed the impact of tube retention strategies in China's construction enterprises. This is also provided all the process by which the retention strategies may be used in the enterprises. The third chapter described data collection methods, designs, approaches and many other thighs. The researcher selects quantitative data collection methods that help to find huge numeric’s data. Explanatory, deductive and positivism increased analysis of the topics and found different issues. The researcher also takes 100 participants for continuing the sampling process which provides original data for this research. The ethical considerations show different ethics that the researcher follows.
