Abstract
This study investigates the impact of supply chain digitization on the competitiveness of traditional e-commerce enterprises in Nanchang, China. The research explores key dimensions of supply chain digitization, including visibility, agility, market sensing, and social networking, and their influence on organizational effectiveness and competitiveness. By leveraging quantitative methods, the study analyzes data collected from traditional e-commerce enterprises to assess the degree to which digitization contributes to enhanced operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and market responsiveness. The findings highlight that supply chain digitization significantly enhances visibility and agility, enabling enterprises to better anticipate market changes and respond more effectively to customer demands. Moreover, market sensing and social networking are shown to facilitate improved customer engagement and innovation, further strengthening competitive advantage. However, the study also identifies several challenges, such as technological infrastructure, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance, which may hinder the full realization of the benefits of digitization. The results provide valuable insights for e-commerce enterprises seeking to navigate the complexities of digital transformation and for policymakers aiming to foster a supportive environment for digital innovation in the supply chain domain.
