Abstract
  • Masalah pembelajaran boleh dikenal pasti dalam kalangan murid-murid sekolah rendah berdasarkan ciri-ciri tertentu. Murid bermasalah pembelajaran yang tidak dikenal pasti awal akan menghadapi kesukaran dalam beberapa kemahiran jika dibiarkan tanpa intervensi. Guru sekolah rendah merupakan antara individu awal yang terlibat dengan murid pada peringkat awal persekolahan maka pengetahuan mereka tentang masalah pembelajaran ini adalah penting bagi membantu murid ini. Oleh itu, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengenal pasti tahap pengetahuan dan sikap guru aliran perdana dalam mengenal pasti murid bermasalah pembelajaran. Kajian ini melibatkan 375 orang guru aliran perdana di daerah Petaling Perdana daripada jumlah populasi 4626 orang guru. Kajian ini merupakan kajian yang berbentuk tinjauan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpul menggunakan soal selidik yang diedarkan secara dalam talian dalam bentuk Google Forms. Keputusan analisis kebolehpercayaan menunjukkan nilai alfa Cronbach bagi setiap bahagian soal selidik adalah tinggi iaitu Bahagian B (.814) dan Bahagian C (.700). Data telah dianalisis menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 23 untuk menentukan nilai min dan sisihan piawai. Analisis data deskriptif menunjukkan tahap pengetahuan dan sikap guru dalam mengenal pasti murid bermasalah pembelajaran berada pada tahap tinggi. Implikasi kajian ini menunjukkan walaupun tahap pengetahuan dan sikap guru dalam mengenal pasti murid bermasalah pembelajaran adalah tinggi, masih ada keperluan bagi guru untuk menjalani latihan dan kursus bagi menyediakan guru dalam menghadapi cabaran proses mengenal pasti murid masalah pembelajaran. Cadangan untuk kajian akan datang adalah pengkaji boleh meluaskan skop kajian dengan mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tahap pengetahuan dan sikap guru yang tinggi ini.
