Abstract
  • Employee productivity is very important for the success of companies in the global private manufacturing sector. In today's competitive and fast-evolving environment, company face challenges such as lack of employee empowerment, poor teamwork, and outdated training methods, which delay the company's performance. Previous studies suggest that these organisational factors can significantly influence how well employees perform their tasks. Despite this, research focusing on the combined impact of empowerment, teamwork, and training on employee productivity in the private manufacturing sector remains limited. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the influence of employee empowerment, teamwork, and training on employee productivity in a global private manufacturing company. Data was collected using a structured, closed-ended questionnaire distributed to 150 employees. Multiple regression analysis has proven that all three factors, which are employee empowerment, teamwork, and training, have a significant positive influence on employee productivity. These findings provide valuable insights for company to implement strategic practices that enhance employee performance and contribute to sustainable growth.
