Kajang has developed into a heritage centre since the 1980s where the historical structure of the facade retains remnants of the colonial era in its structure and design. In addition, some problems have been identified, especially in old shophouses, among which signage has obscured the uniqueness of old shophouse facades, and the attractiveness of old shophouse facades does not attract visitors, also it not well looked after and maintained as they should be. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the perception of visitors related to the facade of old shophouses that can be an attraction for Kajang Town itself, where the objective is related to identifying the type of facade of old shophouses in Kajang Town, related to identifying the perception of visitor attraction related to the facade of old shophouses and to make improvements that can be done so that the uniqueness of the facade of old shophouses is well maintained and can attract more visitors. The finding of this study is very helpful, based on interview sessions and on-site observation, that visitors' perception of the old shophouse façade has its uniqueness but needs to be well maintained. It is closely related to the local authorities, which is related to signage that has prevented the facade.
