Abstract
  • This study aims to find the relationship between the improvement of foresight capacities by the development of intellectual capital (Human, relational( in pharmaceutical industrial establishments in Algeria, through an empirical study on a sample of delegates from SAIDAL Corporation, According to a Purposive Sampling of 155 Person, The results are concluded to the existence of a statistically significant effect of the intellectual capital on the Foresight in Algerian pharmacy institution of the study sample. We discussed the study results and their implications for the anticipated development of foals using the AMOS model and relying on quantitative methodology in the analysis. The essential thing recommended by the results is that a growing interest in the development of intellectual capital will positively affect the institution's delegates' improvement.
