Abstract
  • E-learning is critically important especially during the phenomena of the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, most students are required to learn through an e-learning platform to gain knowledge and skills. In the context of Polytechnic Malaysia, limited studies have investigated students’ satisfaction towards the e-learning system being used. Hence, this study aims to examine the factors that affect students’ satisfaction towards the e-learning system that is being used in a Polytechnic. A quantitative study and a single cross-sectional design were employed. A total of 341 students responded to the survey. The results revealed that perceived usefulness, course quality and system quality influence students’ satisfaction. Moreover, system quality was the major factor that influences students’ satisfaction. Therefore, an improvement in system quality is required to increase students’ satisfaction. More details of the findings and implications are discussed.
