PT Sekar Pamenang is a property company that is planning to establish a subsidiary company that will be specialized in home improvement, which further can be categorized as interior and home decoration. The subsidiary company will be named Sade Company. PT Sekar Pamenang main director see the possibilities to use some of current resources of PT Sekar Pamenang in Sade Company, includes re-mapping the managerial level of PT Sekar Pamenang to managerial level on Sade Company. But then, it is simply relied on a mere of estimation. In order to do an effective managerial level employee re-mapping, we need a specific job analysis on both companies. Therefore, the objectives of this research are to design competency-based job analysis for managerial level employees on both companies, then determining the effective managerial employee re-mapping. Qualitative approach is being used to collect the data from the company which further will be processed and analysed to achieve the objectives of the research. The purpose is to obtain understanding or exploration of an implement ability of a concept. The result of the research shows that based on the job analysis, the managerial employee re-mapping can be done but there are also several positions that cannot be fulfilled through employee re-mapping. Besides recommending re-mapping several employees, this research also recommend the company to hire new employee in order to fulfil the managerial positions on Sade Company.
