Abstract: This article talks about the impact of the Instagram app on character education especially among students. Character education is one of the most important elements and will be implemented in the 2027 School Curriculum. Character education will be difficult to provide guidance because there are obstacles due to advances in social media such as Instagram that can damage the personality of students. The Instagram app has grown into a platform used by all users today. The use of Instagram has an impact on character education among students whether positive or vice versa. Everyone, including parents, teachers, the community and the state plays an important role in shaping the student's character so that they can be better accompanied by the use of Instagram.
