Abstract
  • The management concept, organizational behavior and operation mode of modern private enterprises reflect the far-reaching influence of "family culture". The ideas of "harmony", "honesty" and "humanism" of "family culture" are the foundation of shaping excellent enterprise culture. Based on the traditional "family culture" thought and combined with advanced enterprise management thoughts, Minsheng Company has shaped the enterprise culture of "harmonious cooperation", "benevolence and integrity". The excellent thoughts and valuable experience in the process of the establishment of Minsheng Company still have a very important reference for modern enterprises to shape enterprise culture.
