Abstract
  • Demand for Muslim-friendly hotels has risen significantly due to the growth of halal tourism, especially in countries promoting themselves as top halal vacation destinations. This qualitative study investigates the challenges that’s hotels faced when implementing Muslim friendly hotel practices such as operational management and human resource development. Addressing these challenges is essential to enhance credibility, customer trust, and the long-term sustainability of Muslim-friendly hotel operations.
