Faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan pelajar dalam pembelajaran matematik: sorotan literatur bersistematik

Abstract
  • Keterlibatan pelajar dalam matematik merupakan gabungan antara penglibatan kognitif, emosi dan tingkahlaku yang membawa kepada keseronokan dan penilaian akademik pelajar. Kajian mengenai keterlibatan pelajar telah membuktikan bahawa keterlibatan pelajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik pelajar. Namun begitu, tidak banyak kajian yang membincangkan tentang faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan pelajar khususnya dalam bidang Matematik di Malaysia. Justeru, kajian sorotan literatur sistematik ini dijalankan bertujuan untuk mengenalpasti faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan pelajar dalam pembelajaran matematik. Dengan menggunakan garis panduan PRISMA, sejumlah 41 artikel yang berkaitan telah dikenal pasti melalui tiga pangkalan data utama iaitu Scopus, Web of Science, dan ERIC. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan terdapat 15 faktor yang mempengaruhi keterlibatan pelajar. Kesemua faktor yang dikenal pasti dibincangkan setelah dikelaskan kepada empat kategori utama iaitu kategori demografi, kontekstual, individu dan persekitaran. Antara cadangan yang diketengahkan adalah dengan melakukan lebih kajian berbentuk kualitatif menjalankan kaedah tinjauan sistematik yang spesifik dalam konteks keterlibatan pelajar daripada perspektif guru.
