Abstract
  • Ethics are fundamental beliefs on right and wrong. It is transcendental and applied to multi-domain in human life with work as work ethics. This study explores the relationship between work ethics and Commitment Service. A quantitative cross-sectional research design was utilised, collected data from structured questionnaire with 605 final responses analysed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The finding indicates the Work Ethics to Service Quality do not reach statistical significance, indicating that work ethics do not have a direct and significant impact on organizational support or service quality in this model. Employees' work ethics do not directly influence their commitment to service quality; rather, it is influenced by ethical leadership demonstrated by leaders. Ethical leaders play a crucial role in shaping employees' attitudes and behaviors towards commitment to customer service quality, striving to enhance quality standards among employees. While work ethics was not found to have a significant relationship with organizational support, it underscores the complexity of factors influencing the perceived level of support within these institutions. Further exploration into the intricacies of work ethics and its impact on organizational dynamics could unveil additional dimensions relevant to enhancing workplace environments.
