Abstract
  • This study investigates the relationship between organisational culture and the retention of talent within the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on hospitals located in Guizhou. This study examines the influence of managerial support, job autonomy, training and development initiatives, and workplace flexibility on the retention of skilled personnel. The study utilises Social Exchange Theory as its foundational framework and implements a quantitative methodology, incorporating standardised questionnaires for data collection and analysis. The findings aim to offer significant insights for policymakers and healthcare administrators, facilitating the development of effective strategies to address workforce challenges within the regional healthcare system.
