Abstract
  • This paper aims to investigate the mediating of student attitude mediates the relationship between student behaviour and the needed information. 180 undergraduates from local universities in Malaysia by applying purposive sampling techniques in selecting the respondents and survey distributed via online survey. The data collected further analyzed using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results indicate that behaviour and need for Information have a direct significant relationship towards students' attitude. The samples for this paper are from undergraduate students to assess their awareness of biodegradable products. The finding implies the awareness among students and initiate efforts among universities to design a programme to give an exposure on the importance of biodegradable products. In addition, students will take an action to support the usage of the product. The originality of this paper is based on the conceptual framework of students' behavior and the needed information to assess students' awareness.
