Abstract
  • The formulation of the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought profound changes to the economic and social development of Guangdong province. The construction of the Greater Bay Area poses new requirements in terms of quantity and quality of highly skilled talents, thereby presenting great opportunities and challenges for vocational colleges in Guangdong province in terms of employment. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by vocational colleges in the new situation of Greater Bay Area construction, explores how vocational colleges can seize the opportunities of historical development, and construct an employment guidance and service system for vocational college students based on the concept of "One Body, Two Lines, Three Dimensions, Four Platforms" in order to provide strong talent support for the construction of the Greater Bay Area.
