The results of this study showed that the five sub-variables of integrity (honesty, commitment, trustworthiness, consistency, and responsibility) simultaneously influenced on employee performance of non-medical staffs at Hospital X in Padang City. However, partially, the sub-variable of honesty had no significant influence on the staffs performance.
