Abstract
Rural womenpreneurs in Sabah, Malaysia, play a pivotal role in local economic development and social transformation. However, a lack of understanding of their behavioral traits hinders the design of effective support systems. This research explores the impact of developing a comprehensive characterization framework for these traits, focusing on how it enhances policymaking, program design, and the overall entrepreneurial ecosystem. By integrating psychological, socio-cultural, and environmental dimensions, the framework provides actionable insights to empower rural womenpreneurs and promote sustainable development.
