The findings are expected to provide insights into the effectiveness of CSR in shaping public perception and enhancing the reputation of public universities in Malaysia. The study aims to identify best practices and potential areas for improvement in CSR initiatives within the context of higher education institutions. The implications of the findings are relevant not only for university administrators and policymakers but also for businesses and organizations seeking to engage in meaningful CSR partnerships with public universities.
