Abstract
  • This study investigates the factors influencing students' readiness for career satisfaction among business graduates in Nanchang, Jiangxi, China. Drawing on a descriptive survey analysis methodology, data were collected from 250 business administration students attending private institutions in Nanchang. The research explores the roles of societal norms, student expectations, skills, and career counsellor proficiency in shaping career satisfaction. Findings emphasize the importance of aligning career choices with personal values, enhancing students' skills, and ensuring effective career guidance services. The study contributes to understanding the complexities of career satisfaction and offers insights for educators, policymakers, and career counsellors to improve outcomes for business graduates.
