: For every country, the private sector plays a very important role in the economic development of the country. For Vietnam, the private sector has continuously grown in recent years, affirming its important role and driving force in the renewal and socio-economic development of the country. However, with the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the private sector faced many difficulties and was heavily affected, causing many businesses to go bankrupt, dissolve, suspend operations, and downsize... The article will focus on analyzing the impacts of the Covid pandemic on the private sector, thereby proposing some solutions to increase support for the recovery and development of the private sector in post - Covid 19 pandemic.
