Abstract
  • This study investigates how intelligent crowdfunding models, enhanced by blockchain, fintech tools, and artificial intelligence (AI), contribute to the success of e-commerce SMEs in China. Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework, it explores the key factors influencing the adoption of these technologies and their effects on crowdfunding outcomes. Blockchain fosters transparency and trust through an immutable ledger, crucial for building consumer confidence. Fintech tools and advanced data analytics optimize supply chain management with real-time insights, enhancing decision-making. AI-driven solutions personalize customer engagement, increasing satisfaction and loyalty. Moreover, intelligent crowdfunding platforms democratize access to finance, enabling SMEs to secure funding more efficiently and promote growth. By employing a quantitative approach, this study provides valuable insights into the role of technological innovations in addressing the challenges faced by SMEs and offers practical implications for improving crowdfunding success in the e-commerce sector.
