Abstract
  • Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meneroka dan membangunkan model pengurusan perniagaan luar bandar. Seramai sepuluh orang informan usahawan wanita terlibat dalam kajian dimana mereka ini berdaftar di bawah FELCRA Berhad Wilayah Perak. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui reka bentuk kajian kes iaitu temu bual secara mendalam bagi mendapatkan maklumat secara terperinci. Kajian ini juga menggunakan kaedah trigulasi iaitu kaedah temu bual sebagai data utama manakala kaedah pemerhatian dan analisis dokumen digunakan sebagai menyokong data yang dianalisis. Hasil dapatan kajian mendapati amalan pengurusan yang efektif, meneroka sumber maklumat berkaitan perniagaan, mengoptimum penggunaan pekerja dan penambahan peralatan perniagaan menjadi elemen utama pembangunan model pengurusan perniagaan usahawan wanita luar bandar. Hasil kajian ini juga diharap dapat membantu Bahagian Pengurusan Keusahawanan, FELCRA Berhad dalam menyemak serta menyusun semula perancangan program pembangunan usahawan terutamanya bagi usahawan wanita luar bandar dibawah bimbingannya agar mereka dapat memperolehi manfaat sepenuhnya dalam setiap perancangan yang dilaksanakan.
