The response pattern of the rating scale was Agreed = 3, Undecided = 2 and Disagree = 1 with the cut-off score of 2.0. Reliability of the instrument was established through pilot-testing. The test-re-test method adopted using Cronbach alpha yield a reliability coefficient of .84 and a valid index of .76 was obtained which was considered relevant for the study. Four objectives, 3 research questions and 2 null-hypotheses guided the study. Mean and standard deviation were used in analyzing the research questions, independent t-test was used in testing hypothesis 1 while ANOVA was employed in testing hypothesis 2 at the 0.05 alpha level. SPSS Version 23.0 was used for the computation. The findings of the study revealed 13 feelings of guilt, 3 types of guilt and 23 perceived entrepreneurships to be engaged in by the repentant. The 2 null-hypotheses were upheld. Rational-emotive behavior and assertive counselling were some of the proffered interventions for counselling.
