Elemen-elemen yang mempengaruhi pembangunan bakat pekerja dalam sesebuah organisasi semasa pandemik Covid-19 dalam aspek latihan dan pembangunan

Abstract
  • Kajian ini telah mendapati bahawa pembangunan bakat pekerja dalam sesebuah organisasi telah bertambah baik selepas berlakunya pandemik COVID-19. Sorotan literatur mendapati bahawa kejayaan yang diperolehi sesebuah organisasi adalah berdasarkan susunan pendekatan yang strategik terhadap pekerja yang berbakat. Kajian ini telah meneroka beberapa elemen yang dapat mempengaruhi pembangunan bakat pekerja dalam sesebuah organisasi dalam aspek latihan dan pembangunan. Metodologi kajian menggunakan kajian kes di mana temu bual dilakukan bersama 4 orang pengurus sumber manusia daripada beberapa organisasi. Hasil dapatan telah menunjukkan bahawa terdapat empat elemen yang mempengaruhi pembangunan bakat pekerja dalam sesebuah organisasi iaitu pemantauan tahap pekerja berbakat, pembangunan kepimpinan bakat individu, bimbingan daripada golongan pekerja berbakat terhadap pekerja bawahan dan penambahan pekerja berbakat. Implikasinya, dapatan ini dapat menguatkan lagi kajian berkaitan pembangunan bakat pekerja daripada aspek latihan dan pembangunan, selain memberikan kesedaran kepada organisasi yang lain tentang kepentingan yang diperolehi sekiranya mereka mengutamakan pekerja yang berbakat semasa proses penyerapan pekerja ke dalam syarikat.
