Abstract
  • Currently, various industries are facing increasingly severe pressures on carbon emission reduction and sustainable development, making the exploration of factors influencing employees' environmental performance a research hotspot. Based on the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice (KAP) model, this study reviews the impact mechanism of employees' environmental knowledge, attitudes, and practices on environmental performance. It elucidates how individual knowledge, attitudes, and practices influence actual performance. By reviewing existing research findings, the study proposes a conceptual framework and points out future research directions. Overall, this review contributes to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms underlying employee-led green behavior, providing theoretical support and practical insights for enterprises to develop green human resource management strategies and for industries to undergo low-carbon transformation.
