The shipping industry is critical to Indonesia’s trade, with 90% of export commodities transported via water routes. Supporting the logistics sector requires collaboration among ministries, industry players, supply chain stakeholders, and logistics operators, focusing on simplification and transparency through digitalization. PT MARINE LOGISTIC (name anonymized), a prominent sea transportation logistics company, acknowledges the essential role of procurement in achieving organizational objectives by effectively managing external resources. However, the company struggles with monitoring internal procurement processes due to its semi-manual and unintegrated system across departments, leading to inefficiencies such as data entry errors, redundant workflows, and limited oversight. To address these challenges, this study suggests analyzing current monitoring system with performance management system assessment and procurement function through mixed method data collecting approach, and literature reviews to find potential solution This study implemented a tactical-operational performance dashboard using agile-scrum deployment as solution, guided by the e-procurement scorecard framework, to improve transparency, streamline processes, reduce risks, and provide real-time insights, enhancing the company’s procurement performance monitoring and management.
