Abstract
  • The trend of cross-border higher education (CBHE) is rising due to the globalisation of higher education. Higher education institutions (HEIs) need to evaluate the service quality provided based on feedback from international students. This paper aims to identify the factors that affect service quality in CBHE through a comprehensive literature review and bibliometric analysis. The review is based on forty Scopus articles, and VOSviewer and Scimago Graphica are used as bibliometric analysis tools in this study. This study identifies six influencing factors of service in CBHE: academic competence, location and transportation, student engagement, institutional image, physical environment, and socio-cultural adaptation.
