Abstract
  • By demonstrating how digitalization can bring positive outcomes especially in the case of working mothers from the tourism industry, technology adaptation can provide opportunities for resolving problems in the management sector. The performance and motivation contribution are especially beneficial for mothers who have full-time jobs. The requirement of change must first be articulated, and then an analysis of the best way to put it into effect must be performed. Both employees and technologies have the potential to serve as the foundation of a company’s organizational structure. The development of a flexible personnel is essential for ensuring the continued success of the management’s digital initiatives.
