Abstract
  • In recent years, the use of traditional Chinese symbols in mobile interface design has garnered significant attention. This paper explores the impact of traditional Chinese symbols in mobile interfaces on user experience (UX). A comprehensive literature review was conducted, analyzing relevant papers that examine various aspects of the topic. The findings indicate that incorporating traditional Chinese symbols can enhance UX by fostering cultural identity, improving visual appeal, and creating emotional connections. However, several knowledge gaps were identified, including the need for more empirical studies, cross-cultural comparisons, and guidelines for appropriate symbol selection and placement. This paper aims to contribute to the field by shedding light on the benefits and limitations of using traditional Chinese symbols in mobile interface design and by identifying areas that require further investigation.
