Abstract
  • Sistem pendidikan di Malaysia berhasrat melahirkan lebih ramai pencipta pekerjaan. Namun, situasi semasa menunjukkan penyertaan pelajar dalam bidang keusahawanan masih perlu dipertingkatkan. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan menentukan peramal kecenderungan keusahawanan dalam kalangan pelatih di sebuah Pusat Giat MARA. Tiga faktor peramal yang dikaji adalah selari dengan Teori Tingkah Laku Terancang iaitu sikap peribadi, norma subjektif dan kawalan tingkah laku. Soal selidik telah diedarkan kepada 60 responden. Ujian regresi mendapati bahawa ketiga-tiga faktor iaitu sikap peribadi, norma subjektif dan kawalan tingkah laku merupakan faktor peramal yang signifikan kepada kecenderungan keusahawanan. Kajian ini memperkaya literatur berkaitan kecenderungan keusahawanan dalam kalangan pelajar teknikal serta menjadi input kepada institusi latihan dalam merangka ekosistem keusahawanan yang lebih berkesan.
