This paper dowries an innovative Tudung Saji model scheme that comprises mutually hardware and software improvement. This development was planned to preserve the food warm and also to keep the food from pests like rats and flies. The design was portable and easy to be bring anywhere. Tudung Saji can detect any kind of food such as tea, soup, curry and others. It will automaticly heat the food and maintain the taste. Tudung Saji employed PIC18F45K22 as Microcontroller and LM35 heat sensor. Buzzer will produce sound when it is reach 40oC value and LCD will display the temperature and time. Hence, over this system, it makes human life modest, improved and easy to use.
