Kesan integrasi modul kaunseling pemulihan terhadap masalah psikososial spiritual Orang Kurang Upaya Fizikal (OKU-F)

Abstract
  • Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian kuantitatif yang bertujuan melihat kesan Integrasi Modul Kaunseling Pemulihan terhadap masalah psikososial spiritual Orang Kurang Upaya Fizikal (OKU-F). Seramai 30 orang responden terlibat dalam kajian ini. Responden diberikan ujian pra dan ujian pasca melalui dua soal selidik yang telah diubahsuai mengikut kesesuaian responden dan kajian ini. Sebanyak 67 item perlu dijawab oleh responden bagi melihat masalah psikososial spiritual yang dialami oleh OKU-F. Soal selidik yang terlibat adalah The Forty-Eight Item Counseling Evaluation Test (48 ICET) yang mengandungi 47 item dan soal selidik Multidimensional-spirituality yang mengandungi 20 item. Bagi tujuan analisis data, ujian-T dan Anova telah digunakan bagi mengenal pasti perbezaan skor min ujian pra dan ujian pasca sebelum dan selepas mengikuti sesi kaunseling pemulihan. Dapatan menunjukkan terdapat perbezaan min masalah psikososial spiritual OKU. Ujian ANOVA digunakan bagi membezakan skor-skor min antara tiga kumpulan. Nilai min masalah psikososial spiritual OKU-F berdasarkan ujian pra dan ujian pasca bagi kumpulan 1 (M= 5.71, SD= 0.700, n= 10) dan kumpulan 3 (M=5.52, SD= 1.001, n= 10) menunjukkan penurunan berbanding dengan kumpulan 2 (M= 6.05, Sd= 1.118, n= 10). Hasil daripada ujian ANOVA menunjukkan bahawa kesan Integrasi Modul Kaunseling Pemulihan OKU-F terhadap masalah psikososial spiritual OKU-F bagi kumpulan 1 dan 3 adalah tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan bahawa Integrasi Modul Kaunseling Pemulihan berjaya membentuk unsur-unsur terapeutik dalam kalangan OKU-F. Melalui modul ini, responden bebas dan selesa untuk membuat luahan perkongsian, pendedahan kendiri dan mencari kekuatan ke arah perkembangan diri yang lebih positif. Modul ini dilihat sesuai diaplikasikan kepada OKU-F akibat kemalangan bagi mengurangkan masalah psikososial spiritual yang dialami.
