As an important part of the field of education, college sports belong not only to the category of sports but also to the category of education. With the development of the new era, the public physical education (PE) curriculum must adapt to the development of contemporary society, and the cross between disciplines is the key to forming the idea and consensus of the construction of university PE disciplines. This research, based on the construction of public PE teaching in private universities from the perspective of integration of production and education, explores the relationship between the "professional curriculum" and the "public PE curriculum" for non-PE majors. It emphasizes the teaching direction that public PE serves the professional education of each college, understands the actual situation of each college, and designs public PE curriculum suitable for students of this major, to promote the teaching reform of college sports in private universities in the new era. This article analyzes the personnel training program of private colleges and universities, students' perspectives, talents needed by society and other perspectives are combined with public PE curriculum, promote the longitudinal and depth development of the integration of production and education, form the theoretical basis of college sports, teaching content modules, teaching objective, operating procedure, curriculum teaching model and teaching evaluation; Through the construction of curriculum teaching mode, the innovation of teaching content, methods and means, to promote students' future development with an implicit soft power.
