Buli siber dikalangan kanak-kanak di Malaysia: Satu tinjauan undang-undang

Abstract
  • Internet merupakan satu teknologi yang tidak dapat dinafikan kepentingannya dan manfaat ke atas manusia sejagat. Malangnya, penggunaan Internet yang tidak terkawal dan tidak diawasi oleh ibu bapa atau orang dewasa yang bertanggungjawab boleh menyebabkan kejadian buli siber di kalangan kanak-kanak terjadi. Berdasarkan statistik pada tahun 2017 yang dijalankan oleh DIGI Cyber Safe, didapati bahawa 90% kanak-kanak berisiko menjadi mangsa buli siber. Tambah mendukacitakan, Malaysia telah menduduki tempat ke-2 di antara negara-negara Asia untuk kes buli siber dan berada di tempat ke-6 di antara 28 negara yang terlibat dalam kajian buli siber. Oleh itu, objektif kajian ini adalah untuk mengkaji senario pembulian siber di kalangan kanak-kanak di Malaysia dan menganalisis peruntukan undang-undang yang wujud bagi mengawal buli siber di Malaysia. Data dalam kajian ini diperolehi daripada peruntukan undang-undang, jurnal, dan rujukan elektronik. Ringkasan abstrak, biasanya dalam satu perenggan 300 patah perkataan atau kurang, aspek utama keseluruhan kertas dalam urutan yang ditetapkan yang merangkumi tujuan keseluruhan kajian dan masalah penyelidikan, reka bentuk asas kajian, penemuan utama hasil dari analisis anda; dan ringkasan tafsiran dan kesimpulan ringkas anda.
