Abstract
  • The tourism sector is one of the most intensive and widely used areas of information and communication technology. The importance of tourism sector is increasing day by day by changing the traditional marketing and sale methods and providing different usage facilities for seller and customer. Technological innovations increase competitive capacity of the tourism sector and productivity by helping many delivering services. Even Tourism Businesses which are not resilient to the change generally stuck in difficult situations finish their activities. Tourists equipped with an information system that is easily accessible to every topic they look for, expect better service, move away from dependence on product or service, become more selective with regard to products and services offered to them and change their holiday habits. This research was conducted to understand consumers’ usage level of e-tourism services, their attitudes, decisions and behaviors better. Survey method has been used for gathering the data in the research. According to the data, determiners have been searched the relation between potential consumers’ behaviors on using e-tourism services. According to the results, it has been stated that there is a relation between consumer’s satisfaction and the variables (Incentive Creation, Information Search and Service Quality Assessment).
