Abstract
After the easy money era, startup companies faced another era that is commonly known as “winter tech”. Winter tech is a term that refers to fund raising difficulties of startup companies from investors. Fund raisings become more and more difficult. Delaware is a logistic startup company that is facing similar issues with other startup companies. Besides the layoff decision, Delaware also encouraged establishment of new business models including some new business models that totally run in a different industry or new market to ensure its survival. However, some of the new business models were not run as expected, some of them discontinued in less than a year. This research is based on some literature theories that help in identifying key variables to be considered in a long term and sustainable business model. The outcome of this research is a proper and comprehensive decision-making framework with the passing score threshold as a tool that can be used to help in selecting business model proposals
