This study investigates the role of management commitment, safety training, and safety knowledge as predictors of safety compliance within the global manufacturing sector. A quantitative survey was conducted among 246 employees from a multinational manufacturing firm, and the data were analysed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression techniques. The findings reveal that management commitment significantly influences employee compliance with safety standards, while safety training and knowledge also contribute positively. These results underscore the importance of organizational leadership and structured safety programs in fostering compliance behavior. The study provides theoretical and practical insights for strengthening workplace safety through targeted interventions in industrial contexts. This study offers actionable insights for mitigating occupational hazards and improving safety outcomes in industrial settings by identifying the key organizational and individual factors that drive safety compliance.
