Abstract
  • Kepimpinan sangat penting di setiap organisasi terutamanya pendidikan tinggi kerana di situlah tempat lahirnya pemimpin. Terdapat pelbagai gaya kepimpinan yang boleh diamalkan oleh setiap pemimpin untuk mencapai matlamat organisasi. Dalam era Revolusi Industri 4.0, gaya kepimpinan sebenarnya perlu disenaraikan dengan kepantasan dalam perubahan-perubhan yang perlu ditangani oleh pemimpin organisasi. Maka dengan itu, kajian literatur ini dijalankan untuk membincangkan gaya kepimpinan di era revolusi industry 4.0 dalam konteks institut pendidikan tinggi di Malaysia. Di antara gaya kepimpinan yang banyak diamalkan dalam era ini adalah seperti kepimpinan transformasi, kepimpinan transaksional, Kepimpinan situational, kepimpinan distributif, kepimpinan spiritual dan keimpinan akademik.
